7-day no-questions-asked return policy: We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer 7-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Quality-Related Returns: If the product exhibits craftsmanship or material defects under normal use, returns can be requested within 30 days of purchase. Metal components come with one-year free warranty.

The following criteria must be met for a return：

- Original Condition: The item must be unworn, undamaged, and free of wear marks, stains, or deformation.

- Complete Accessories: All original accessories, including tags, gift boxes, anti-tamper seals, warranty cards, invoices (or proof of purchase), and related packaging must be intact and included.

- Non-customized Item: Products that have been personalized, including resizing, engraving, or other custom modifications, are not eligible for return/refund.

Exchanges

Please be advised that CBT Diamonds does not process direct exchanges. Customers are required to initiate a return of the original merchandise for a full refund and subsequently place a new order for the desired item(s).

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

Should you receive merchandise that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care department promptly upon receipt of the item.

Standard Items Only:

We cannot accept returns on any customized pieces, such as rings that have been resized or items with special engravings.

Situations Not Eligible for Return:

- Products that have been worn, used, or show signs of human-caused damage.

- Products damaged due to improper use or storage.

- Products missing original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase.
