This warranty applies to all jewelry pieces purchased directly from CBT Diamonds.

A lifetime warranty is provided from the original date of purchase.

Warranty Scope

The warranty covers verified defects in materials or workmanship under normal wearing conditions, including: Loose diamonds or gemstones. Broken links on necklaces or bracelets. Malfunctioning clasps, spring rings, or other functional components. Deformed or broken prongs.

Exclusions

The following circumstances are not covered under this complimentary warranty:

- Accidental or intentional damage: deformation, breakage, or gemstone damage caused by impact, pressure, pulling, or improper wear

- Normal wear and tear: discoloration, thinning, or plating loss over time due to regular use

- Force majeure: damage caused by natural disasters such as fire or earthquakes

- Third-party repairs or alterations

Warranty Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your prove of purchase. We will guide you through each step to ensure your treasured piece receives proper care.

Shipping Policy

For customers located in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom, we will provide a complimentary prepaid return label.

Customers in other countries/regions will pay a refundable deposit of $90 CAD when sending the item for evaluation. This fee covers round-trip shipping and professional assessment by a certified jeweler.

If the issue is confirmed to be covered under the warranty, the full deposit will be refunded, and all associated repair-related shipping costs will be waived.
